Meal Plan Week 3 {November 3rd-10th} - Salt Lake County Moms

Sunday: Pasta Carbonara 

  • Below is the link for the recipe that we like to use.
  • I use Pancetta instead of bacon
  • I also add in Romano Grated Cheese

Monday: Crockpot Salsa Chicken Tacos/Quesadillas

  • Put chicken breasts in crock pot with favorite salsa
  • Add in 1/3 cup of brown sugar
  • Cook on low for 6ish hours
  • Shred and then make tacos however you enjoy them
  • I’ll be making quesadillas for my kids that won’t eat salsa chicken 🙂

Tuesday: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches & Tomato Soup 

Wednesday: Steakhouse Garlic Butter Chicken with Rice and Green Beans

Thursday: Homemade Hamburger Helper with Fruit Salad

  • For fruit salad, I just cut up whatever fruit we have and mix it together–my kids love it. 

Friday: Crockpot French Dip Sandwiches 

  • Put a chunk roast in your crock pot with:
    • 1 onion chopped
    • beef broth
    • au jus seasoning packet 
    • Worcestershire sauce–however much you want–I just sprinkle a little in
    • Cook on low for 6-8 hours
    • put buns with provolone cheese on broil in the oven until melted
    • serve 

Saturday: Leftovers/Take out/ Frozen Meal
