We’ve joined our friends in a no eating out challenge for January. Anyone else want to join us? It will NOT be easy, but I’m looking forward to saving some $$ and mayyybbbeee shedding some LBS :).
Wednesday 1.1: Meat Balls with Rice– I found this recipe on TIKTOK and have high hopes, but we’ve never tried it.
Thursday 1.2: Crockpot Chipotle Honey Pot Roast Tacos. Another one we’ve never tried, but sound SO DELICIOUS. & I love a crockpot meal.

Friday 1.3: Wings with Pasta–as easy as it sounds. The grocery store I go to {WINCO} has marinated chicken wings–I just put them on a baking sheet and throw them in the oven. I also grabbed a couple of boxes of Pasta Roni, the parmesan cheese one, my kids love it–and so do I :). Doesn’t fall in line with Dan’s macro counting, but YOLO.
Saturday 1.4: Breakfast for dinner. We are trying a new pancake recipe. Clean Simple Eats Apple Cinnamon Protein Pancakes.
Sunday 1.5: Homemade Hibachi Bowls. Dan is confused how we are doing this without a Blackstone, but TIKTOK is telling me I can, lol. I’ll link a few people’s videos–I’m kinda combining a few to make my own.
Monday 1.6: Pepperoni Pizza Pinwheels–this is another Clean Simple Eats one. I can’t find the exact recipe online, but I have the app and will post it to my stories if anyone is interested!
