Chocolate Chip Protein Balls
Ingredients:
- 2 C quick oats
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
Add to your liking:
- unsweetened coconut flakes
- ground flax seed
- chia seeds
Instructions:
- cream all ingredients together with beaters
- add c chocolate chips (I like to crush them up before mixing them together)
- roll into balls, place on cookie sheet, and put in freezer.
- Once frozen, put some of the protein balls in fridge (reachable for the kids), and keep the other half in the freezer to replenish the fridge ones with!

My boys prefer these over cookies, and TBH they’re not “healthy” but I’d much rather them eat these than other treats! I make them every two weeks!
